To register for the 2025 season, please visit the "REGISTRATION" page on our website. There, you'll find a detailed step-by-step guide to help you through the process. If you're registering as part of a team, ensure your team is confirmed before using the Team Registration link. For individuals or small groups, use the Free Agent Registration link.
If you're registering with 12 or more players, your team must be confirmed by the admin before you can access the Team Registration link. Once confirmed, you can complete the registration form via the provided link. Make sure to select your correct team name during registration.
If you're registering as an individual or in a small group, head to the "Home" page of our website and select Free Agent Registration. Fill out all required information, and you will be placed on a team based on availability.
For the 2025 season the Ivy League retains the authority to assess eligibility based on birth year in the best interest of the league. All athletes must be aged 18+ before the season begins on May 6th, 2025.
All payments this season will be accepted via E-Transfer to minimize online processing fees for athletes.
After your registration confirmation through TeamSnap, you will receive an email with an invoice for the final cost of the season. Please ensure the email address provided during registration is correct.

Full payment is required after receiving your invoice. For Free Agents, you will not need to make payment until you are placed on a team. Once your placement is confirmed, you’ll receive an updated invoice reflecting your balance.
After we receive your E-Transfer, you will receive a payment receipt from operations@miltonivyleague.ca. This confirms that your payment has been successfully processed.
If you have not received your invoice or confirmation email within a 2 weeks of registering, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, reach out to us at [insert contact email] for assistance.
After payment is processed, you will receive an email invitation to join your team’s TeamSnap page, where you can access schedules, updates, and other team-related information.
