2025 SUMMER REGISTRATION HOMEPAGE
UPDATES FOR 2025
This year, the Ivy League will be using TeamSnap as our core platform for contacting athletes, organizing schedules, displaying standings, and registering players. Athletes can easily access the TeamSnap portal through the link below to complete their registration and stay up to date with important team information. We encourage all athletes to register promptly to ensure smooth communication and participation throughout the season. All payments this season will be accepted via E-Transfer to minimize online processing fees for athletes.
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS 2025

For teams with 12+ players
- Have your Captain email operations@miltonivyleague.ca with your:
- Team name
- Preferred jersey colour
- Roster of 12+ players (full names)
For individuals or small groups with 2-11 players
- Pay an initial deposit to secure your spot on the Free Agent List until you are placed onto a team or your team is filled
- Your deposit will be directly used towards your season registration fee
- If you are not placed onto a team your deposit will be returned
- Spots will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis

For Teams with 12+ Players:
Once your team is confirmed by the admin, you will receive access to the Team Registration link. This link, also available on our website, allows you to complete the registration form. Be sure to select your correct team name during the registration process to ensure proper placement.
For Individuals or Small Groups (2-11 Players):
Head to the "Home" page of our website and select the Free Agent Registration link. Complete all required fields with the necessary information to finalize your registration.
RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE & PAY
Once we have received your registration confirmation through TeamSnap, you will be sent an invoice to the email address you provided during registration.
For TEAMS: this invoice will detail the final cost for the 2025 season.
For FREE AGENTS: this invoice will detail the deposit for the 2025 season.
PLEASE NOTE: To minimize online processing fees for our athletes, all payments this season will be accepted via E-Transfer.
Once you receive your invoice, please send your E-Transfer to miltonivyleague@gmail.com and be sure to include the following details in the NOTES section:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Team Name
This ensures we can accurately process your payment and finalize your registration.

Once we receive your E-Transfer, you will receive a payment receipt from operations@miltonivyleague.ca for your records. Following that, you will be sent an invitation to join your team’s TeamSnap page for the 2025 season, where you can access all relevant details and updates for your team.
NOTE REGARDING FREE AGENTS:
For Free Agents, you will not be required to pay the full season fee until you are officially placed on a team for the 2025 season. Once you are assigned to a team, you will receive an email confirming your placement along with your updated invoice reflecting the remaining balance for the season.
